Returns & Exchanges

If your Pit Vipers don't make you feel like the ultimate legend, you have 30 days to send them back for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition, including the box and all the wild accessories that came with them.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure your gear makes it back to the pit safely.

• 3.
  Pack the Goods

  Place your shades and any included swag back in their original packaging, secure them in a shipping box, and slap that label on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; once we verify your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new gear immediately.
